Intellectual property rights
A pledge of non-disclosure and protection of intellectual property rights:
The Saudi Specialized Higher Institute for Training in Hafr Al-Batin pledges the following:
- • 1. Adherence to intellectual property rights regulations in organizing course content, electronic activities, and course content for diplomas, programs, and training courses.
- • 2. Not publishing user data and information or any written, visual or audio content outside the e-learning system.
- • 3. Reporting to the competent authorities in the event of any proven violation of intellectual property rights, the existence of cyber piracy activities, any violation of the Anti-Cybercrime Law, or any attempt to hack into the institute's website, databases, or computer systems.
