Administrative Policies and Procedures Guide Policy No. (1)

The Saudi Specialized Higher Institute for Training is committed to providing high-quality training services and implementing a clear and fair refund policy that complies with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

First: General Provisions

Second: Refund conditions and discount percentage

The following refund conditions apply based on the timing of the application and the trainee's status

Trainee status or timing of refund request Refund Amount Notes/Conditions
1- Before the start of the study 50% of the amount paid is refunded The refund request must be formally submitted before the announced start date of the training program.
2- Start date of registration on the technology website (No refunds) Announcement of the registration start date on the technology website according to the training calendar
3- Uploading the trainee's data to the technology website (No refunds) Uploading the trainee's data to the supervisory authority's system (TVTC) is considered confirmation of his commitment to the study and consumption of a portion of the administrative service.
4- Start of studies and continued registration of new trainees on the same date (No refunds) Starting the course on the specified date, even if registration continues, is considered as the trainee receiving the training service.
5- Cancellation due to insufficient numbers (by the institute) Full refund If the institute cancels the program due to an insufficient number of trainees or for any reason attributable to the institute, the full amount will be refunded.
6- Replacement -------------- The value may be exchanged in **the first case only (before the start of the study)** for courses with the approval of the institute and according to the courses available for registration
