Article (1):
Electronic attendance is treated the same as attendance in traditional training halls, and the regulations governing attendance and exclusion apply to electronic attendance.
Article (2):
The e-learning environment must meet the following conditions:
The percentage of online attendance in e-learning must not be less than 75% of the total (course hours) in the semester for the diploma, or the training hours for the training program or course.
Article (3):
The trainee is prohibited from taking the final exam for the diploma course, training program, or e-learning training course if his absence rate exceeds 25% of the required synchronous lectures.
